verb + ちゃった。
Used when you have done something you didn't expect.
Although it's used in a negative way usually, can be used in a positive way.
Informal version of てしまった.
If you say ちった, it sounds masculine.

かのじょにふられちゃった。
My girlfriend dumped me...

試験に受かっちゃった！
しけんにうかっちゃった！
I passed the exam! (I didn't expected it)
